To reduce the burden of measuring and tracking progress of the elderly, Poseithealth provides tools that are custom built for physiotherapists to be used in their day to day care for the elderly. The goal is to make care simple so the physiotherapists can focus on the care aspect while we take care of the measurement and tracking aspect.
